Method and device for device-to-device inter-cell interference cancellation

The present invention relates to the field of communications and discloses in embodiments of the present invention a method and device for device-to-device (D2D) inter-cell interference cancellation,which can solve the problem in which a base station cannot accurately acquire a signal quality of a D2D link when terminals perform D2D communication in a cell edge region and thus inter-cell interference cannot be reduced accurately. The method of the present invention comprises: when a first terminal becomes a detecting terminal, the first terminal receives configuration information sent by a first base station, wherein the configuration information comprises a resource usage detection parameter used for configuring a resource usage detection mode for the first terminal; the first terminal detects resource usage information at a resource position according to the resource usage detection parameter; and the first terminal reports the resource usage information to the first base station, so as to enable the first base station to adjust a D2D data transmission mode for the first terminal or a second terminal using the resource position according to the resource usage information.
