Experience on primary care of patients with coronavirus disease 2019

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is a pandemic in 2020 In cooperation between the government and the citizens, Taiwan's coronavirus response is one of the best globally In Taiwan, the number of patients with COVID-19 is small, and most of these patients have mild disease There were 3 COVID-19 patients admitted to Chi Mel Medical Center, and all of them were young adult with mild disease Besides symptomatic treatment, we also gave Hydroxychloroquinea and Azithromycin during admission in order to decrease viral load It was important to manage the mental stress of patients, especially when they were isolated and facing with a novel disease © 2020 Society of Internal Medicine of Taiwan All rights reserved
