Восстановительное лечение больных после инфаркта миокарда

In daily medical practice, the attention to questions of regenerative treatment of patients with myocardial infarction after discharge form the hospital is paid insufficiently. Methods of physical trainings, dietic therapy, and psychological adaptation are underestimated. In the presented research groups patients who have suffered myocardial infarction who in the sanatorium had experienced dosed physical activities in combination with base therapy and a cytoprotector trimetazidin are studied. The sanatorium stage was mastered by all patients with signs of improvement: increases of tolerance to physical activities, reduction of intensity and frequency of attacks of stenocardia.
