IRREDUCIBLE q-BOSON REALIZATIONS: THE SYMMETRIC CASE

A class of irreducible realizations of the symmetric q-boson algebra is characterized by means of q-differential operators {x, ∂x}. These realizations are used, following the factorization method, in order to solve a hierarchy of q-equations.
