The teaching quality of the public finance courses is affected by three factors,the writing quality of the textbooks,the teaching content and the teaching methods.Nowadays,the problems existing in textbook writing,teaching content and teaching methods restrict the improvement of the teaching quality of the public finance courses,so corresponding countermeasures need to be taken from these aspects to improve the teaching quality of the public finance courses.
