The invention discloses a high-toughness and high-abrasion-resistance reamer tooth and a heat treatment method thereof. The problems that existing reamer teeth are prone to breaking and cracking and short in service life are solved. The high-toughness and high-abrasion-resistance reamer tooth comprises, by weight, 0.33%-0.35% of C, 1.50%-1.70% of Mn, 0.50%-0.70% of Si, 1.30%-1.50% of Cr, 0.05%-0.10% of Mo, 0.05%-0.10% of V, 0.10%-0.15% of Ti, 0.008%-0.015% of B, less than or equal to 0.040% of S, less than or equal to 0.070% of P, and the balance Fe. The heat treatment method for obtaining the reamer tooth comprises the two steps of reamer tooth bulk heat treatment and tooth top surface induction quenching. According to the high-toughness and high-abrasion-resistance reamer tooth, the tensile strength ranges from 1500 MPa to 1650 MPa, the elongation percentage ranges from 8% to 14%, the impact toughness of a V-shaped notch ranges from 28 J/cm to 34 J/cm , the hardness HRC ranges from 49 to 53, and the service life is prolonged by 40%-50% compared with domestic high-manganese-steel similar products. Production processes are simple, production efficiency is improved, and production cost is reduced.
