Conjugation of 2-chloroacetanilide herbicides with glutathione : role of molecular structures and of glutathione S-transferase enzymes

The congugation of acetochlor, alachlor, butachlor, dimetachlor, metolachlor, pretilachlor, and propachlor with glutatione nonenzymatically and enzymatically by action of the glutatione S-transferase (GST) was investigated.
