Device for continuously analyzing pH (potential of hydrogen) value, phenolphthalein alkalinity, total alkalinity and chlorine ion concentration

2012
The utility model discloses a device for continuously analyzing pH (potential of hydrogen) value, phenolphthalein alkalinity, total alkalinity and chlorine ion concentration. The device comprises a potentiometric titrimeter main machine with two electrode interfaces, wherein one electrode interface is connected with a pH electrode 1 which is used for acquiring the initial pH value and the phenolphthalein alkalinity of a detected sample and the real-time pH value in the total alkalinity titration process, and a standard acidic solution adding unit 2 which is used for containing standard acidic solution and dropping the standard acidic solution in the phenolphthalein alkalinity and total alkalinity titration process; and the other electrode interface is connected with a silver electrode 3 which is used for acquiring the silver electrode potential value of the detected sample obtained after total alkalinity titration is completed in the chlorine ion potentiometric titration process. The device additionally comprises a standard silver nitrate solution adding unit 4 which is used for containing standard silver nitrate solution and dropping the standard silver nitrate solution in the chorine ion potentiometric titration process, and a control system which is arranged in the potentiometric titrimeter main machine and is used for titration parameter control and data output. The device for continuously analyzing pH value, phenolphthalein alkalinity, total alkalinity and chlorine ion concentration has the advantages that the detection time can be shortened and the working efficiency of equipment is improved.
