An intraocular lens adaptation (10) comprising a flexible body evenly spaced from and around a flexible optic being mounted flexible optic (14) on the body (12) by a plurality of flexible strips thin (16) arranged between the optical and the body being characterized in that the strips are approximately 0.5 mm long radially and approximately 0.1 mm thick, and the lens including a plurality of fixation loops (24) secured to the ends of the body.
