The invention relates to an efficient absorption method of acrylonitrile and mainly solves the problems that in the prior art, consumption of absorbed water is large, and the concentration of acrylonitrile in acrylonitrile is low. According to the efficient absorption method, raw material gas phase material flow and raw material liquid phase material flow which contain acrylonitrile and the like are adopted and enter the bottom and the middle of a first absorption tower respectively, a first absorption tower light component is separated out at the tower top, the light component enters the bottom of a second absorption tower, and first absorption tower absorption liquid is extracted at a tower kettle of the first absorption tower; part of absorption liquid of the first absorption tower is cooled in a circulation mode and enters the middle of the first absorption tower, the light component is discharged out of the second absorption tower after absorption and refrigeration recovery, and the tower kettle liquid of the second absorption tower returns to the tower top of the first absorption tower; by means of the technical scheme, oligotrophic water is input from the top of the first absorption tower and the top of the second absorption tower, the problem is well solved, and the efficient absorption method can be used for industrial production for producing acrylonitrile through propene ammoxidation.
