Adjustable precise U-shaped bending die

An adjustable precise U-shaped bending die comprises an upper die portion and a lower die portion. The upper die portion comprises an upper die base, a left male die and a right male die are mounted on the upper die base, the lower die portion comprises a lower die base, and a die socket is fixed on the lower die base. The adjustable precise U-shaped bending die is characterized in that a left female die and a right female die are mounted in the die socket, positioned at corresponding positions of the left male die and the right male die and supported by a left wedge block and a right wedge block respectively along the horizontal direction, the left wedge block and the right wedge block contact with inclined planes of inner cavities of the left female die and the right female die, a left movable needle roller and a right movable needle roller are mounted at forming positions of the left female die and the right female die respectively, and an ejection mechanism is mounted in the lower die base. Sliding friction are changed into rolling friction by the aid of the roller structure, surfaces of products are prevented from being scratched by the die, surface quality of the products is improved, sizes of the male dies and the female dies of the whole die are all adjustable, high-quality bending of bending products different in width and thickness can be achieved only by simple modification, and cost is low.
