The invention relates to a temperature control large-volume concrete formwork prepared from a phase-change material and a preparation method thereof. The phase-change material is wrapped in the concrete formwork; by using the phase-change energy storage characteristic of the phase-change material, when the surface temperature of concrete is lower than the internal temperature, the phase-change material absorbs the heat diffused from the inside of the concrete to induce a material wrapped on the surface of the formwork to have a phase change (solid-liquid phase change) so that the surface temperature of the concrete is kept unchanged; simultaneously, because the environmental temperature is lower than the surface temperature of the concrete, the material after the phase change performs heat exchange with the external environment and the material wrapped on the concrete formwork have a phase change (liquid-solid phase change) to transfer the absorbed heat out so that the surface temperature of the concrete cannot be raised because the phase-change material accumulates too much heat; and the processes are circulated to reduce the internal and external temperature gradient, caused by too fast heat dissipation of the surface of the concrete, of the concrete, and solve the problem of large-volume concrete cracking caused by temperature gradient profit-making.
