The method comprises the following steps that: a PE creates a first aggregation group which includes ports through which the PE itself can be connected with each CB device; when receiving a broadcast message, the PE device performs Hash on the broadcast message, and queries the first aggregation group based on Hash results so as to obtain an outgoing port of the broadcast message; the PE device transmits the broadcast message to a corresponding CB device through the outgoing port. According to the broadcast message transmission method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, link bandwidth resources can be utilized maximally, and link bandwidth resource waste can be avoided.
