Влияние дозы облучения на упрочнение ультрамелкозернистого титана

The investigation of the phase composition and structural state of the titanium with average size 0.2 μm before and after implantation by aluminum ions by transmission electron microscopy is made. The calculation of the boundary hardening in depends of the dose irradiation was made. It is shown that implantation leads to significant improvement of the structural-phase state and addition strength.
