Клинико-гемодинамическая характеристика больных гипертонической болезнью c различными суточными биоритмами

2012
Objective of the study was to investigate the clinical and hemodynamic characteristics of hypertensive patients, depending on the type of circadian biorhythms and blood pressure profile. The survey involved 158 patients (100 males and 58 females) with mean age of 41.5 (from 34 to 51) who had newly diagnosed or untreated hypertension of different stages and degrees and different risk factors. Daily biorhythm of the patients was evaluated by using the international HorneOstberg questionnaire (1976); the owllark test developed by A.A. Putilov (1997); and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The study identified clinical and hemodynamic patterns in presentation of hypertension in patients according to their circadian biorhythms. Our data suggested that the different clinical and hemodynamic presentation of hypertension depended on a type of circadian biorhythms and provided rationale for the development of differential approaches in preventive antihypertensive chronotherapy.
