Coarctation of infrarenal inferior Vena Cava

A patient with coarctation of infrarenal inferior vena cava is described. The clinical presentation and venogram were suggestive of inferior vena cava obstruction. The diagnostic of coarctation of inferior vena cava was made at laparotomy. The patient has a good response to cavoplasty with complete resolution of symptoms
