Cation alkyl glycoside hyamine surfactant

2015
The invention provide a cation alkyl glycoside hyamine surfactant which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-70 parts of glucose, 25-30 parts of glucose natural fatty alcohol, 1-3 parts of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, 2-5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 1-4 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 1-2 parts of citric acid, 0.5-1.5 parts of etherifying agent CHPTAC and 3-6 parts of deionized water, wherein the etherifying agent CHPTAC is also called 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl-trimethylammonium chloride. The cation alkyl glycoside hyamine surfactant is mainly prepared from glucose and natural fatty alcohol; as both glucose and natural fatty alcohol are natural and renewable resources, the synthesized cation alkyl glycoside hyamine surfactant has a good degradability and is environment-friendly; meanwhile, the surfactant has an extremely low critical micelle concentration which can be down to 0.01mmol/L, thus the surface activity is relatively high.
