White spots in right fundus and exudative retinal detachment in other eye in a man receiving hemodialysis

2002 
A 32-year-old man receiving hemodialysis for treatment of renal failure complained of blurred vision in his left eye. The patient had systemic hepertension and IgA nephropathy, and was treatment with a corticosteroid. Constricted retinal arteries and a few white spots at the deep retinal layer were seen in the right fundus, and multiple white spots and exudative retinal detachment were visibla in the left fundus.
