VALORACIÓN DE CONOCIMIENTOS PARA EL APRENDIZAJE DEL ROL PROFESIONAL EN LA PRÁCTICA PRE-PROFESIONAL DE PSICOLOGÍA EN EL CONTEXTO SALUD Y SANITARISTA

Esta presentacion se encuadra en el proceso de evaluacion del Programa de Practicas Pre-Profesionales (Facultad de Psicologia, UNC -Res. No 840/06-), el cual contempla cinco contextos de practicas que se corresponden con diferentes modalidades de intervencion psicologica. Este trabajo corresponde al Contexto Salud y Sanitarista, que como objetivo apunta a promover el aprendizaje del rol del psicologo dentro del campo de la salud mental, fortaleciendo conocimientos y habilidades adquiridos durante la formacion de grado. El proposito de este trabajo es transmitir los resultados de la evaluacion de conocimientos teorico-tecnicos que los alumnos consideran necesarios para el desempeno del rol; y la valoracion que hacen de la formacion recibida durante la carrera, en cuanto a la adquisicion de conocimientos y habilidades para la practica. Los datos fueron recabados a traves de un Cuestionario Anonimo Autoadministrado, disenado para tal fin a alumnos que finalizaron su practica. Se concluye que: las practicas en Servicios de Salud Mental de Hospitales Generales, confrontan al alumno con la necesidad de conocer parametros (dinamica institucional y sistemas sanitarios) que faciliten su insercion practica. En cambio, si la practica se desarrolla en Instituciones Monovalentes de Salud Mental, focalizan su demanda en la necesidad de conocimientos tecnicos especificos. Palabras clave Formacion Profesional Contexto Salud ABSTRACT AN ASSESSMENT OF KNOWLEDGE FOR LEARNING THE PROFESSIONAL ROLE: PRE-PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGY INTERNSHIP IN HEALTH AND SANITARIAN AREA This research is part of the Pre-Professional Internship Programme (School of Psychology, UNC-Res. No. 840/06-), which addresses five areas of internship that correspond to different applications of psychological interventions. Specifically, this work corresponds to Health and Sanitarian area, focused in promoting learning of the role of psychologists in the field of mental health, strengthening knowledge and skills acquired during undergraduate education. The purpose of this work is to inform the assessment of theoretical and technical knowledge students considered necessary for carrying out the role and the valuation they make about their training received during the university education, in terms of acquiring knowledge and skills for practice. Data was collected through a self-administered anonymous questionnaire designed for this purpose and applied to students who completed their internship. We conclude that General Hospital Mental Health Services internships confront students with the need to know parameters (institutional functioning and sanitarian factors) to facilitate their internships integration. However, Psychiatric Hospital internships demand students specific technical expertise. Key words Psychologist Health Training Health
