The invention puts forward a method for managing the temperature of a powered cell, which comprises a method for controlling the excess temperature of the powered cell, a method for controlling too-low temperature of the powered cell and a method for controlling excessive temperature difference of the powered cell. Through the method, the excess temperature, too-low temperature and excessive local temperature difference of the powered cell are avoided by controlling a cell fan timely to open for cell ventilation, so that the cell operates in the optimum operating temperature range, and the usability and service life of the cell are protected comprehensively.
