Метод темпорального температурного градиентного гель-электрофореза (ttge) в исследованиях мутаций генома людей, подвергшихся воздействию гамма-радиации

2008
The results show that the method of TTGE can be used in mass analyses to assess the effects of radiation and other genotoxic agents in man by detection of unknown mutations in peripheral blood DNA. The studies of genetic variability of nuclear and mitochondrial DNA in peripheral blood cells of humans exposed to a prolonged external radiation allowed the suggestion that irradiation in the dose range between 50 cGy and 500 cGy may be a factor causing an increased level of genome alterations in haemopoietic cells at remote times.
