Solar thermal combined cycle power plant

A solar thermal combined cycle power plant is provided with: a solar-thermal-powered hot water generation unit (30) for generating hot water by heating a thermal-storage medium using a first solar collector (1), and exchanging heat between the thermal-storage medium and some water supplied from a water supply pump (8) using a heat exchanger (9); a solar-thermal-powered intake-air sprayer unit (31) for using an intake-air spraying-water pump (13) and pressurizing the hot water generated by the solar-thermal-powered hot water generation unit (30), and spraying the pressurized hot water into the intake air of a gas turbine (3) by using an intake-air spraying device (20); and a solar-thermal-powered steam generation unit (32) for generating steam using a second solar collector (2) by vaporizing the hot water generated by the solar-thermal-powered hot water generation unit (30), and supplying the steam to a steam turbine (5).
