The invention discloses a test deviation-rectifying device and method for performing deviation-rectifying on an inclined model pile foundation. The test deviation-rectifying device comprises a test box, a tensile force device, a horizontal circulation load loading device and a lengthways circulation load loading device, deviation-rectifying force which is automatically adjusted according to the rotation angle size of the model pile foundation is provided by the tensile force device for the model pile foundation, the horizontal circulation load loading device is used for applying horizontal circulation load to the model pile foundation, and the lengthways circulation load loading device applies circulation load to the model pile foundation in the inclined vertical direction of the model pile foundation. By means of the test deviation-rectifying device and method for performing deviation-rectifying on the inclined model pile foundation, the deviation-rectifying method is provided for incline of an offshore pile foundation model under long-term circulation load, the interaction between the pile and soil is weakened by applying horizontal circulation load in the horizontal and lengthways directions correspondingly, meanwhile, the deviation-rectifying force is applied to perform deviation-rectifying on the model pile foundation, and by means of the test device and test method, the change of an inclination angle of the model pile foundation can be measured after the model pile foundation is applied the long-term circulation load and deviation-rectifying force, so that the feasibility and scientificity of the deviation-rectifying method for the model pile foundation through circulation load are investigated.
