The invention relates to the technical field of FDM print, in particular to a FDM print stress eliminating device and a stress-eliminating print method adopting the FDM print stress eliminating device. The FDM print stress eliminating device comprises an FDM print head and a print platform. A liquid loading box is arranged below the print platform. A temperature-controlled heating component and constant-liquid-level cooling liquid are contained in the liquid loading box. In the process that the FDM print head conducts fusion and print layer by layer on the print platform, the print platform declines layer by layer and drives a semi-finished product on the print platform to be dipped into the cooling liquid for heat treatment. According to the FDM print stress eliminating device, in the process that the print head conducts print layer by layer on the print platform, the print platform drives the printed semi-finished product to be gradually dipped into the cooling liquid, fused and extruded materials are evenly cooled and crystallized according to a set cooling technology in the cooling liquid, and the product is prevented from generating internal stress. In this way, the FDM print stress eliminating device solves the problem that after being fused and extruded, thermoplastic materials are not evenly cooled, so that internal stress is generated, and the printed product can be protected against warpage, deformation and other problems.
