The invention discloses a low-smell reinforced PP plastic and a preparation method thereof. The low-smell reinforced PP plastic is prepared from, by weight, 90-110 parts of PP resin, 1-5 parts of active carbon, 5-15 parts of glass fibers, 0.1-0.5 parts of a coupling agent and 0.3-0.7 parts of a deodorant. The kinds and the amounts of an inorganic filler and the deodorant for improving the mechanical performances of PP are preferably selected through a reasonable ratio, so the PP plastic has improved strength and low smell.
