Ventilator hood injection mould

2009
The invention relates to a ventilator hood injection mould, comprising a hard glue feed-in port and a soft glue feed-in port which are arranged on the mould, a hard glue channel and a soft glue channel which guide hard glue and soft glue to flow from respective feed-in port into cavities of the mould respectively, a hard glue cavity and a soft glue cavity which are reserved for hard glue mouldingand soft glue moulding respectively, sliding block components the front ends of which have the same shape with the soft glue cavity, and a displacement space reserved for the sliding block componentsto advance to close the room of the soft glue cavity and retreat to give the room of the soft glue cavity. The sliding block components comprise a back die insert block the front of which has the same surface shape with the soft glue cavity, a sliding block which is driven by an oil cylinder, and an oblique wedge which is connected with the back die insert block and enables the back die insert block to be driven by the sliding block. The injection mould of the invention realizes the functions which can only be achieved by a bicolor injection mould, and avoids the following faults: a bicolor injection mould needs large occupied space owing to rotation, and possesses long moulding period. Simultaneously, the bottleneck that the bicolor injection mould can only produce small components is overcome, and bicolor injection moulding of large-scale automobile fittings is achieved, so the injection mould of the invention embodies new expansion and try of bicolor injection.
