Exploring the TCM Rules of Li-Fa-Fang-Yao on Ankylosing Spondylitis Through Text Mining

By Downloading the data from SinoMed by querying "ankylosing spondylitis" and applying the data slicing algorithm on associated keywords,the rules of ankylosing spondylitis are explored and illustrated through 1 dimensional explanation and two dimensional network diagram,In TCM syndrome on ankylosing spondylitis,it is focused on kidney yin deficiency and dual yin deficiency of liver and kidney.As for treatment principle,it is focused on warmly tonifying,freeing the collateral vessels,and resolving stasis.Through text mining,together with the manually anti-noising,the rules of Li-Fa-Fang-Yao can be explored for disease ankylosing spondylitis which can be used as a reference for both clinical practice and scientific research.
