Значение современных лучевых методов исследования в оптимизации хирургического лечения больных раком прямой кишки

2010
Currently, a significant quantity of patients with colorectal cancer had the local and regional spread of cancer (T3-T4, N2-N3). Using instrumental methods did not establish the incidence of bladder invasion, because it is outside their diagnostic capabilities. The goal of this work was to study the usefulness of imaging diagnostic methods to assess the prevalence of bladder invasion in patients with cancer of the rectum. Endorectal sonography (EUS), spiral computed tomography (SCT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allow to assess the depth of tumor invasion, the pattern of surrounding organs and regional lymph nodels involvement. Thus, the introduction of modern medical imaging (EUS, SCT, MRI) improve the secession of candidates for radical surgical treatment and the choice of correct extent of surgical intervention.
