The present invention is method of using the mixture of JS399-19 and tebuconazole in preventing and controlling bakanae disease of wheat, barley, etc. with resistance to benzimidazole germicides. The present invention features that JS399-19 and tebuconazole in the effective component weight ratio of 1-40 to 1 are compounded, and the compounded preparation is used in preventing and controlling bakanae disease of wheat, barley, etc. through seed treatment and field spraying.
