Design and Analysis of Tunnel Monitoring System Based on Visu

In order to ensure the safety of the highway tunnel and the proper operation of equipment in the best condition,ILC series PLC and IL series remote I/O modules of Phoenix contact were used in the monitoring system.The developing software of host computer interface is Visu+ designed by Phoenix contact.The main control objects are lightings,jet fans and lane indicators inside the tunnel.The emphasis is laid on the design and development of the host computer interface and a detailed description of the functions of each interface.The whole monitoring system is interconnected via 100Mbps optic fiber redundant ring network by which the tunnel operating conditions and field data were uploaded real-timely to the section of management.
