The application of IL-10 and TNF-α in expressed prostatic secretions and prostatic exosomal protein in urine in the diagnosis of patients with chronic prostatitis

Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in expressed prostatic secretions (EPSs) of patients with chronic prostatitis (CP) and the expression of prostatic exosomal protein (PSEP) in urine, and to evaluate its correlation with the condition.
