When a new slaughter, dissection and processing plant was to be constructed in Naunh of near Dresden, its conception was planned to be different from that of other plants. The customer therefore strived to secure the collaboration of an experienced architect and planner in this field. He thus came upon the architectural and engineering firm Falkenstein in Aulendorf. As a result of their fruitful cooperation both companies were able to set new yardsticks in their respective fields. The project was planned, carried out and constructed in a speedy manner and the meat processing centre could start operating in late April 1995.
