A process for producing microstructures in a storage medium

The present invention relates to a method of producing microstructures in which a write beam focused on a marking track, focused on an arranged there storage material and is moved relative to the storage material in which the microstructure is written by point-introducing radiant energy into the memory material in a storage medium, and wherein the memory material continuously or discontinuously along the caption track - is advanced - running direction. It is proposed that at least one further marking track for another storage medium is provided, and that the write beam is deflected on the first label track to the next track after marking label of a storage medium.
