Implantação do BOPE em uma empresa júnior de computação : estudo de caso da Visão Tecnologia e Sistemas Júnior.

This research explores the challenges involved in driving the software development process at computing’s junior enterprise at the Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto. It was realized an implantation of software development process called BOPE in one project developed by a team. The team was integrated for four member of the company. Data were collected and compared during a year between two teams of the company, of the same size, being just one of them had used the BOPE from designing the project. The discussion of the results allowed a feedback to an adaptation of agile practices in the company environment, beyond afford the students a learning environment of software engineering. During this study it was found that the junior enterprise is able to develop software with quality, keep their members motivated with learning software engineering techniques, which are expected by companies in the information technology market. The use of software metrics assist in monitoring project progress, the dedication of all the staff and the amount of software failures detected during development.
