The invention provides a method for capturing and circulating carbon dioxide in ordinary power plant boilers, relating to the field of environment protection. The method comprises the steps of supplying pure oxygen and CO2 into the ordinary power plant boiler simultaneously instead of only supplying into air for burning, so that the CO2 produced by a power generation system is collected and utilized so as to reach zero release; the CO2 produced during the power generation is partially fed back to the boiler after being collected, and the rest part can be used for manufacturing chemical products (dry ice and the like) for recycling.
