Electric detonator with special burster charging structure

The invention relates to the field of initiating equipment and discloses an electric detonator with a special burster charging structure. The electric detonator comprises a detonator shell, as well as high explosive, an initiating structure, delay explosive and an explosive head which are embedded in the detonator shell, wherein the explosive head is connected with a leg wire and led out of the detonator shell. The electric detonator is characterized in that the initiating structure consists of a burster and a nonmetal plug; the burster is pressed in the nonmetal plug in advance; the nonmetal plug is of a hollow rotator shape; the upper part of the hollow rotator is cylindrical, and the lower part of the hollow rotator is conical; the ratio of the cylindrical height of the upper part to the conical height is about 3:2; the diameter of the cylindrical shape is about 3mm; and the sectional angle of the conical shape is about 45 degrees. According to the electric detonator, the nonmetal plug is designed, so that the dosage of the burster is reduced, the safety of the electric detonator is improved, the production cost of the electric detonator is lowered, toxic byproducts and abundant industrial effluent which are produced by the electric detonator in a production process are reduced, and the damages to production workers and the environment are reduced.
