Speed odometer based on Hall element

2012
The utility model discloses a speed odometer based on a Hall element. The speed odometer comprises a singlechip module, a sensor module, a display module, an alarm module, a power module and a key module, wherein the sensor module, the display module, the alarm module, the power module and the key module are connected to the singlechip module; the sensor module comprises a permanent magnet which is fixed to a wheel and generates positive and negative signals by means of the Hall element fixed to the vehicle body; and the Hall element is of a bipolar integrated switch type. According to the mode, an integrated switch type Hall element is adopted, and the manufacturing cost is reduced; the speed odometer is high in flexibility and can be suitable for mounting multiple non-motor vehicle models; major parameters can be autonomously set by a user, and the operating degree of freedom is improved; two algorithms are adopted, so the system error is reduced; and moreover, by adoption of a liquid crystal display screen, a driver can intuitively know the current vehicle speed. When the vehicle speed exceeds the preset speed, an alarm can be timely given.
