Insect disinfestation composition and pest control method thereof

The present invention relates to an insect disinfestation composition, more particularly to a pest control method, wherein the insect disinfestation composition comprises pyrifluquinazon and ethofenprox, and a weight ratio of the pyrifluquinazon to the ethofenprox is 1:100-100:1. According to the pest prevention or control method, the insect disinfestation composition is applied on the target useful plants, the target pests or environments thereof, and the target useful plant propagation materials. A plant seed protection method comprises: making seeds contact an effective amount of the insect disinfestation composition of the present invention before sowing and/or after germination accelerating. The invention further provides the seeds treated by applying the effective amount of the insect disinfestation composition of the present invention.
