Проблемы и перспективы диагностики и лечения ретенционных кист яичников

This article describes the role of genitally transmitted infections in patients with follicular and lutein cysts of the ovaries, identifications necessity of the inflammation agent for the realization of the etiotropic therapy. Traditional hormonal therapy is ineffective and it results in percent rising of the relapses of the retention ovary cysts. Inflammatory changes by the retention ovary cysts are determined morphologic y 93,7 % of the patients with the retention ovary cysts. We offer a new algorithm of medical treatment and rehabilitation of the women with this pathology. This way allows raising effectiveness of treatment and reducing percent of relapses.
