Environment-friendly novel process for recycling and comprehensively utilizing machine-made wood charcoal and waste heat

2013
The invention discloses an environment-friendly novel process for recycling and comprehensively utilizing machine-made wood charcoal and waste heat. The environment-friendly novel process adopts the following steps of: drying saw dust, preparing the saw dust into a rod, carbonizing and cooling. Raw material used in the environment-friendly novel process disclosed by the invention is waste saw dust generated in a wood processing process, and after the waste saw dust is recycled, pollution of piling and stacking to the environment is avoided. A combustible gas generated in the production process is carbon monoxide, wherein one part of the carbon monoxide is recycled and consumed by a carbonizing system, and the rest of the gas is collected for sale, so that production cost is lowered and pressure of gas emission to the atmosphere is relieved. In the process, with the generation of the combustible gas, byproducts (tar and coke) are separated at the same time; after being intensively collected and treated, the byproducts can be sold as fuels, so that product additional value is improved.
