The invention discloses a spine-dissection internal fixation device and a manufacturing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of medical instruments. The accuracy and the fixing stability of implanted screws are improved. The spine-dissection internal fixation device comprises a guiding fixing plate and a plurality of pedicle screws. The guiding fixing plate is in a long-strip shape; a plurality of positioning screw holes in thread fit with the pedicle screws are formed in the guiding fixing plate, and are sequentially distributed in the length direction of the guiding fixing plate at intervals; a plurality of outwards-extending positioning blades are formed at the edge of one side of the guiding fixing plate, and are sequentially distributed in the length direction of the guiding fixing plate at intervals. The spine-dissection internal fixation device and the manufacturing method thereof are suitable for spine-dissection internal fixation.
