Imaging and Manipulating Single Spins in Diamond

We describe an angle-resolved magneto-photoluminescence microscope used to investigate electron spin interactions of single nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond. Spatially-resolved spectroscopy and electron spin resonance measurements reveal single and coupled coherent spin dynamics at room temperature.
