A 31-year-old Indian male farm laborer presented to the phthalmology service with right painful proptosis and proressive visual loss of 4 days’ duration. The onset of disease ated back to 4 weeks earlier, when he started to complain f right ocular discomfort and redness, associated with ccasional headaches that gradually worsened.
