槲皮万寿菊素－铁(III)配合物的合成与性质

The complex of quercetagetin with Fe (Ⅲ) was synthesized and its coordination conditions were characterized by UV and IR. The scavenging ability of free radical of the complex was measured by the respective reaction of quercetagetin and the complex with DPPH•, O(superscript - subscript 2)•and •OH. Under neutral conditions, the position of quercetagetin coordinate with metal most may be in A and C ring. Scavenging activities of complex metal on DPPH•, O(superscript - subscript 2)•and•OH were stronger than that of the quercetagetin.
