The present invention provides a colored curable resin composition that exhibits good heat resistance and durability in a sputtering process, a cured film, a color filter, a method for producing a color filter, a solid-state image sensor, an image display device, a compound, and a cation. The colored curable resin composition contains a coloring agent represented by formula (1), formula (2) or formula (3), a resin, a polymerizable compound and a polymerization initiator. In formula (1), R 101 and R 102 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent group, R 103 to R 106 are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group or a heteroaryl group, R 107 to R 111 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent group, n1 to n4 are each independently an integer between 0 and 4, n5 is an integer between 0 and 6, and either X is an anion or X is not present and at least one of R 101 to R 111 contains an anion; in cases where R 101 and R 102 are both hydrogen atoms, R 103 is an aryl group having a substituent group at least the ortho-position.
