Benzobis(thiadiazole) derivative, ink containing same, and organic electronic device using same

The problem to be addressed by the present invention is to provide a benzobis(thiadiazole) derivative which exhibits excellent electron mobility (field effect mobility) and excellent stability in an atmosphere. The present invention relates to a benzobis(thiadiazole) derivative or the like, which has a cyclic imide structure fused to an aromatic ring in the molecule, and is represented by general formula (1) or (2). (In the formulae, R, A and Z denote prescribed groups.)
