Histoplasmose africaine (quatre observations, dont une chez un coinfecté HIV-HTLV1)

We report 4 cases of african histoplasmosis, due to H. duboisii , in zairian patients. One patient present chronic disseminated neglected form with fatal course. The 3 other patients have subacute histoplasmosis with cutaneous, skeletal and lymph nodes lesions. One of them is HIV-HTLV1 coinfected. Amphotericin B or ketoconazole give favourable course.
