Pre-swirl stator of ship

PURPOSE: A pre-swirl stator of a ship is provided to prevent the erosion of a propeller by being installed in front of the propeller to be asymmetrical to the vertical plane passing through the central axis of the propeller. CONSTITUTION: A pre-swirl stator(12) of a ship is installed in front of a propeller(10) radially to the central axis of the propeller. The diameter of the concentric circle connecting the edges of the stator centering the central axis of the propeller is set to be over the diameter of the concentric circle connecting the edges of the propeller, but not exceed 30%. The stator is arranged asymmetrical to the vertical plane passing through the central axis of the propeller.
