硫脲修饰啤酒废酵母吸附Hg(上标 2+)的性能
2010
Waste beer's yeast cross-linked with glutaraldehyde and modified by thiourea was prepared. Electron microscope, FTIR and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the modified biomass. The adsorption capability of the modified biomass for Hg(superscript 2+) in aqueous solution was studied. The optimized pH value was 1.5, and the adsorption process could be completed for 60min at 25℃. The adsorption capacity of the modified biomass was 58.9mg•g^(-1). The adsorption process followed the pseudo second-order kinetics; and the adsorption behavior was fitted Langmuir isotherm. The modified biomass and the pristine biomass were used to treat tap water added Hg(superscript 2+), the result showed that the modified biomass and the pristine biomass average adsorption rate for Hg(superscript 2+) were 71.4% and 28.2%, respectively.
