HPLC Of Pesticide Residues in Environmental Samples

1984
Although liquid chromatography has been in use for many years, recent advances in technology have led to a rapid expansion in its application in analytical chemistry (1). Improvements in solvent delivery systems, packing materials, and the availability of sensitive and selective detectors have allowed HPLC to become comparable in speed, reproducibility, and reliability with the more widely used gas chromatography.
